Hardware

smart2i:gateway

An industrial edge device for collecting, aggregating and transmitting process data from machine networks. It acts as an interface between Operational Technology (OT) and smart2i:cloud.

The gateway reads data streams directly from the machine controllers. The data collected is processed locally, encrypted using TLS, and transmitted to the cloud platform via MQTT.

smart2i:cloud

smart2i is a powerful desktop application and also runs as a progressive web app on mobile devices. Latency of less than two seconds from signal change to dashboard display.

Production data is stored with millisecond precision, without lossy compression. Validated at 30,000 signals per second.

Installation takes just a few hours, is carried out remotely, and requires no production downtime. Multiple sites can work on dashboards simultaneously. The data belongs to the customer and can be exported at any time.
