Data transmission and integration
Data is collected via the smart2i:connect:gateway, which supports protocols such as OPC UA and MQTT, as well as bus systems such as ProfiNET, Modbus TCP and ADS. ProfiBUS can be connected via additional hardware. Data is transmitted to the cloud using TLS encryption via MQTT.
Storage and availability
The collected data is stored persistently and redundantly in the smart2i:cloud, ensuring high availability and security. The data is immediately available for analysis.
Custom dashboards
Flexible creation of dashboards that can be accessed via modern web browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari) on all devices.
Time series analysis
Supports both relative (‘from now’) and absolute time periods. Individual time slots can be saved and reused.

Structured user management for administering access rights and user permissions. Two-factor authentication via popular authentication apps is available as an option.

- Computed signals: Combining and analysing signals using mathematical and logical operations
- Generated text: Output of plain text based on defined conditions
- Notifications: Monitoring of scenarios such as threshold breaches or status changes, with notifications in the app or via email
