How fast will I hear back?
On working days we reply within 24 hours, usually much faster. By phone, you reach the team directly Mon–Fri between 8 am and 6 pm.
Do I have to book a demo straight away?
No. A relaxed first conversation is enough, often 20–30 minutes, to understand your setup. We're happy to show a live demo as a second step, once it's clear which equipment types are relevant for you.
Do you come on-site?
Yes, gladly. We come on-site, look at your production, and demonstrate directly on your equipment how smart2i works. In DACH, usually within two weeks.
What does a first consultation cost?
Nothing. First consultation, demo and even an on-site scoping workshop are free. Billing only starts once smart2i is running productively in the plant.
Which interfaces and protocols does smart2i support?
We speak the common industrial protocols natively: OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP, ProfiNET, ADS, TwinCAT plus Siemens S7 (200/300/400/1200/1500) and an open REST API. ProfiBUS can be added via extra hardware. Connection runs through our smart2i:connect:gateway.
What if my machines are 30 years old?
No problem. The gateway connects directly to the PLC, and where needed we handle a sensor retrofit. A mixed fleet, new and old combined, maps cleanly into a single dashboard.
How many signals can smart2i process in parallel?
Up to 30,000 signals per second, millisecond-accurate. The platform scales from a single machine to multiple sites, no architecture changes on your side.
Where is my data hosted?
In Frankfurt am Main, an ISO 27001-certified data centre. Transmission is TLS-encrypted over MQTT, access via two-factor authentication. GDPR data-processing agreement is standard.
How fast can smart2i go live in my production?
The Production:Pilot is live within a few weeks of kick-off: target values, live data and lab results converge in one dashboard. The first deployment is already running at Pfleiderer Arnsberg.
